We have posted signs on our premises to inform you that we are using CCTV for the safety of our staff and visitors. If you visit our offices in person, our security cameras will record activity from the moment you pull into our parking lot. Additional cameras are located throughout the building. By signing our front desk guest book, you are agreeing to & acknowledging the use of our CCTV system. In the event of a security incident, our video footage may be retained, stored and passed over to the police. In the unlikely event that this happens, you will be notified within 72 hours.
As part of the registration process for our newsletters, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. While we compile our own newsletters, we use a third-party provider to deliver them. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletters. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or by emailing Lisa Marie Bruce at email@example.com
