R&D Get new toy - 3D printing

We are finding increasingly now that we have to take the design concept to a very quick prototype to try thing and determine if it will work, bolt to or generally allow the design to be formalised. 3D printing allows us to make gizmos much quicker, cheaper and at low risk. We therefore took the decision to invest in a 3D printer which has been installed in our R&D Dept.

As soon as the printer arrived (following the tech guys playing with it) it was put to work right away making components for a top secret new development soon to be launched by Sports Labs.
