Awards for All
Awards for All is a grants programme set up up to help small groups. It is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund, the Arts Council of England, Sport England, the New Opportunities Fund and the Community Fund.
Big Lottery Fund
Big Lottery Fund is a new organisation that will hand out half the money for good causes from the National Lottery. Big Lottery Fund was created by merging the New Opportunities Fund and the Community Fund.
Football Foundation
The Football Foundation was launched in July 2000, by the football authorities and the Government, to provide investment into the grass roots of football. The Foundation represents a unique partnership of the FA Premier League, the Football Association, the Department of Culture, Media and Sport/Sport England who jointly contribute £53m that the Football Foundation distributes in grant aid.
Sports Match
Sportsmatch is the government's grass roots sports sponsorship incentive scheme, funded by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport through grant aid from Sport England and administered in England by the Institute of Sports Sponsorship.
The Foundation for Sport and the Arts
The Foundation for Sport and the Arts give grants to a wide range of projects to sports and arts organisations, information is available by telephoning 0151 259 5505. There is no website at present.
